Taxes and Insurance

There are a lot of insurance that you can get, but the three major insurance that you can get are life, homeowner and car insurance.  If you have a car you have required by law to have car insurance.   One of the few things that taxes pays for are education, transportation, and Medicare. 

Owning vs. Renting

This week in class I learn about the differences of owning and renting something.  Owning a house give you a choice of freedom to do anything that you want to the house.  While renting a house you are not giving that freedom and have to pay your landowner to stay at the house.

What I Learned About Financing Higher Education

         This week in class we learn about financing for college. We learn that the FAFSA which stand for Free Application for Federal Student Aid, which must be fill out for anyone interested in financial aid.  I learn that the best way for paying for college is by scholarships, grants, and Federal/private student loans.

Credit Score

We learn in class about the positive and negative effects of a credit score.  Having a bad credit score will have a negative effect because it could keep you from getting something that you want.  We learn all the ways how to a good credit score like paying your bill on time.
